A Strong Background in Children's Law
I began working in the public defender's office immediately after graduating from law school. Shortly after, I began working as a lawyer at the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF). I have been on both sides of children's legal issues, and I know what it takes to protect the best interests of children in the Tampa area.
As a solo attorney, I put my experience with the DCF to work protecting children and parents in dependency actions and other legal issues that have the potential to destroy their families. I will work diligently to achieve an outcome to your case that is focused on what is best for you and your children - not simply what is easiest for the DCF caseworker.
